For shipments outside the European Union: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, India,Israel, Norway, Rusia, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, Switzerland, UK and USA there is a shipping cost off €75,00

Shipping cost for the rest of the world €145,00

We ship safely and securely from Belgium. We use DPD, DHL, BPOST or other transportation companies.

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within a time period of no more than 10 business days, depending on your destination.

Once it's sent we communicate the tracking number so you can check the status of your package online.

Depending on the shipment destination import taxes and duty fees can be applicable. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

Dar Bodé is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tiles

Currently we only do shipments to Europe. 

Shipping cost is not included in the tile price.

Shipping cost depends on order quantity and destination.

You will receive an exact shipping quote together with your price request.

All orders are to be paid 100% in advance at the time the order is placed.

We have a minimum order quantity of 10-boxes . For 20x20 tiles, this is equivalent to approx. 5.5 m2.

We recommend ordering ten percent (10%) overage for reasons of cuts and waste. 

Our production time is one month. Transport times depend on the destination. Consider 10-12 weeks from order confirmation.

When delivered, please check the shipment for accuracy (quantity, quality, color, damage, ...) of materials ordered. Contact us immediately if any problems exist and also inform the delivery carrier. Purchaser is responsible for additional transport costs associated with changing shipment (re-delivery, changing address, special delivery requirements,...).

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns policies

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, without giving reasons 14 days from delivery you can return the product and get a full refund excluding the original cost of shipping even where free shipping is stated, the actual shipping cost will not be refunded.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging!

If you wish to return the product, please inform Dar Bodé within 14 days of receipt of the product. Notification must be made by email to info@darbode.com

Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

The customer must prove that the delivered product has been returned on time, e.g. by proof of shipment.

From the day following the 14 days without notification from the customer of the return, the purchase is a fact.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
